The heart behind the images I create comes from the genuine connection I feel with my couples. As much as I love a stunning pair of designer heels, lots of little details, and dreamy light, the true magic lies within the people I am lucky enough to serve-- kind-hearted couples who are madly in love, full of JOY, and value the beauty of marriage just as much as their wedding photos.
I can't promise that I won't cry during your vows, laugh during your toasts, or dance at your reception when the DJ puts on a really good song, but I can promise that I will photograph your special day with the same love and care as if you were one of my oldest and dearest friends.
Photographing weddings is an incredible honor that I don't take lightly
To me, photography is all about connection, which is why I believe getting to know my couples is so important. We'll schedule a time to meet for glass of wine (or spicy margarita) or for a coffee date over the phone so I can hear all about the wedding you envision and how I can help make your dream come to life. My favorite couples to serve are madly in love, full of JOY, and believe capturing genuine emotions is just as important as showcasing all the little details.
Step one: Let's Be Friends
It's meant to be! We're the perfect fit and I couldn't be more excited to photograph your special day! To make sure your date is secured, I'll prepare the contract and create a custom proposal where you can pay your retainer and look over the details of your wedding collection once more. Once both have been completed, your date is officially saved!
Step Two: Let's Save Your Date!
After your date is secured, we'll book your Engagement Session! To help you and your fiance get the most out of your photos, I'll send over my Engagement Style Guide to help you both look and feel your best! If you're hoping to use these for your save-the-date, plan to schedule your session 6-8 months in advance.
Step Three: Book Your Engagement Session
About 8 weeks before your wedding day, I'll start working with you & your planner to create a custom photography timeline to make sure we capture your wedding day flawlessly from start to finish! My favorite part of the day to photograph is during Sunset, so I love when couples make extra time for these portraits!
Step Four: Creating the Perfect Timeline
Delicate & meaningful details go a long way in creating a timeless feel on your wedding day. From the perfect ring box, to vintage stamps, and extra florals styled to make your invitation suite feel like one-of-a-kind, we'll plan the perfect details that highlight your personality and help tell a wedding day story that you'll want to relive over and over again for years to come.
Step Five: Styling + Design
It's finally here! The day we've all been anticipating for so long. As your wedding photographer, I believe in telling the complete story of your day, from capturing the smallest details, to anticipating the big moments. Because I like to make sure I always have enough time, I don't believe in shooting for less than 8 hours.
Step Six: The Wedding Day
Once your wedding collecting is finished, I'll upload the photos to a private online gallery where you can easily share your photos with friends + family, order professional quality prints, or download the photos and print at the place of your choice. If you've selected a collection that includes an heirloom album, we'll select your most treasured images and design your one-of-a-kind album.
